Our top three okay our number one then is of course the babies and yoyo Plus and this is not because it is the oldest and the original ultra compact there's no credit given for those characteristics in fact if anything it's completely baffling that after almost a decade with only one update to their original and with so many competing ultra-compact out there the yo-yo plush should still be king of the hill so what makes the yoyo plus so special then it simply has the perfect combination of easy functionality sturdy simple mechanisms and good variability.

let's start with the fold which is not one hand by the way but only because the first step of its two-step process involves depressing both handle button simultaneously because the key goal of ultra-compact is to fold down to cabin luggage size the folding system on ultra-compact generally dictates the overall structure of the chassis and the yo-yo plus accomplishes this with the simplest mechanisms and fewest moving parts of any model on the market as a result the entire build is solid and symmetrical and you feel this when you're folding it down nothing is looser gets hung up or feels like there are small internal components that you're afraid of breaking and because of the way it's designed because of the strength and symmetry the yo-yo will be just as easy to fold years down the road as it was when you first bought it.
